Hi! I'm Michelle & I'm a Weight Loss Behavior Coach & Mental Health Counselor.
2.5 years ago I totally transformed the way I approached my weight loss, based on what I was learning as a therapist about behavior change. What resulted was losing that stubborn 20lbs I had been battling my entire life with so much ease, it blew me away.
Through this radical approach of empowering myself through self-awareness & love, I also created an entirely new way of being within myself.
I stepped into my radiance as a sexy, powerful woman. Since then, I've built such a strong foundation of self-trust & confidence in myself that I know there is never going back to the person I was before.
So I started sharing this way with other women. Witnessing women transform their bodies and their lives in front of me has been one of the greatest joys of my life and it is my honor to hold the door open for you to do the same.
